The response time was great! Very accommodating, friendly, and great prices. It really was a great experience all the way around. The technicians that came out were very fast and explained everything in detail and made sure I was able to operate everything without issues. They even set up the Homelink in my car and helped me set up the garage opener app in my phone. Customer service has been on the decline since the pandemic but Dlouhy Garage Doors of San Diego maintained an extremely high standard of customer service.
